"Gates of Andaron" is a free-to-play MMORPG published by Gameforge, and is a creation of "4Story" specifically for the North American audience. The game features three races, six classes, and two factions. While much of the game is familiar to all who have played MMORPGs, one unique selling point of "Gates of Andaron" is the massive scale faction warfare, which allows players to take the role of a General, and command their side against the enemy with up to 49 players, using a hybrid of RTS and MMORPG. By being the victorious faction, you earn access to new areas and villages.

It seems World of Warcraft’s success has not gone unnoticed. Though many MMORPGs borrow features from one another, some games take it a step further. Gates of Andaron is such a game. For anyone who’s seen or played WoW, the graphic and interface in Gates of Andaron will look familiar. The graphic style may be cartoony but the bright colors work well and make Gates of Andaron an attractive game. The user interface is also clean and easy to use thanks to the source material. Both factions have the same three race and six class choices.

Water Margin Online is a generic 2D Fantasy MMORPG with 3D Sprites. The game has all the basic staples of an MMORPG, but unfortunately with little innovation and a terribly small playerbase. Visually, Water Margin Online looks a lot Ragnarok Online in terms of actual graphics and camera controls. You’d imagine that a game that was based off a good game would at least be decent, but unfortunately that just isn’t the case here. Water Margin Online simply isn’t fun. The core gameplay is buggy and lag-filled; on top of that, the game’s interface looks like its from 1999!
